Lead times on special orders are approximately 4 and can be up to 12 weeks, this depends on the order, drying time and the seasonal availability of log stock (longer periods apply if we are affected by bad weather / floods / cyclones)

 Because our sawmill is based in the South Pacific Region there is a risk of cyclones and flooding "Force Majeure" forms part of the agreement to purchase orders from the mill directly and or through our Australian distribution warehouse is at the buyers risk if any delays occur that are caused by these factors.

We have cut and air dried timber in stock but availability depends on the order and specifications for end use

Ex stock from the yard would take approximately 1 to 4 weeks to deliver depending on shipping timetables to the end destination

 Our terms:

On acceptance of quotation,  we will send through a Proforma Invoice outlining in detail the order, approximate time frames and payment terms.

Corporate Orders:

Corporate orders (full container loads)  are to agreed terms.

Austpacific cannot be held liable for the order once it has been passed onto the freight / shipping companies. FAS / FOB. Shipping times, schedules and availability of equipment are at the shipping agent/ lines discretion, time tables and terms.

 Payment Terms:

Standard timber orders require 50%  Deposit on placement of Official Order

Balance on Delivery to shipping carrier ex - yard (sawmill)

Special requests (to customers specifications) 100% payment required on official order

Orders will not be shipped unless payment in full is received when the order has been completed and ready to be shipped from the sawmill premises (''ex - yard'') 

Pricing Policy:

Austpacific reserves the right to make changes to our website prices without notice

Austpacific reserve the right to charge more than our website prices depending on the location / area / region that the timber is to be delivered

After the order is placed and the deposit (or payment in full) has been made, the price cannot change unless the order is changed by the customer
